I see XI internationals on the pitch and they certainly are not playing as a sum of their parts. When you see them hoofing in crosses to Ayew out 5' 8" target man surrounded
by 3 CBs then you know there's a problem.

We are utter dross, watched the Brighton game in disbelief! I have supported the Hammers for well over 50 years but will not pay another penny until bilic has gone and we are a 'team' again.
The recent signings are a disaster, Arno strutting the park and doing sod all, Hart well past his best, and Hernandez not given a chance so far. Ayew at least worked hard when he came on, didn't achieve anything but tried. Zab fine but slow, as was Fonte and I don't see Ogbonna as a decent alternative.
Perhaps if the players were fit, had a plan, and were well motivated things would be better but that won't happen until bilic and the 'hangers on' are gone.

Put it this way. The best football we have played and the most effort the team have shown this season, was when we only had 10 men on the pitch.
Bilic just cannot motivate the players. Maybe he should start at spurs with 10 and just bring on a sub when we go down to 9.

The soul of this club I've followed for over 40 years has been gutted by the owners. I don't recognise this 'plastic' West Ham with its plastic commitment and half hearted effort on the pitch. It ain't the same club and it leaves me cold.

I am 58 years old, as a kid i used to walk to the ground when i lived in canning town, we may have not won a lot but there was a passion.
Last night for me was rock bottom, on paper it was a strong team, but the team offered nothing, we have been let down by highly paid players bot performing, arnoutovic has to be shipped out an embarrasment to the shirt, hart no better than adrian, ayew no better than an option from the bench, zabbaletta past his sell by date, usually reliable performers like reid look shot to bits, a world class poacher in hernandez not getting any service, up until last night in spite of only scraping home wins against huddersfield and swansea i still supported slav, i guess like other because of blind loyalty for the man, i still like him as a man but as a manager he has failed us, we are in a relegation scrap, i do not want us to drop down to the lower levels of the championship like other sides that have been relegated.
We need a new manager in now so they have time to identify transfer targets for january, if the board dont support a new manager with funds they will be presiding over a championship club playing in front of 20,000 fans, as a season ticket holder i wont accept this dross after this year if they remain, we need changes if our club is to be saved from ruin.
The players owe us 2 big performances at spurs and palace whoever is the manager, noble may not be the best these days but get him on the pitch at least he will give 100%

We had a good first season under Bilic, BFS's team plus Payet & Lanzini
I had huge doubts about Bilic after that first home defeat against Bournemouth
Since then we have gone from bad to worse
We still have some good players but they are unfit, unmotivated & clearly haven't got a clue what they are supposed to be doing under Bilic
Bilic should have been sacked ages ago, at least halfway through last season. For that you can blame the board
